Autumn/Christmas Fayre
This was held on 15th November 2008 and raised over £700 for church funds. Thanks to all who helped to make it a success.
Pantomime Society Summer Show
The summer show on Friday night was a great success. A great audience with a nearly full house were treated to a selection of songs mainly from the sixties and a few years either side. Thanks to all who came along and thanks to all the cast and support team for putting on such a good show. We raised just short of £300 (final figure not yet available.)

Choir Coffee morning on June 14th raised just over £200 for church funds. Sadly it was not very well attended, but thanks to those who did come and support the church and also a big thankyou to all thiose who helped: serving coffee, selling cakes and raffle tickets etc.
The pre Christmas party was another success and raised over £500. Photos can be seen here:-

A Wine and Cheese party was held at the Mansion House on Friday evening 27th july. It was a great success and raised almost £800.

Plea from Astra. Astra is compiling a book about St jude's and is looking for any old photos you may have of people, special occasions or anything to do with St Judes that may be of interest to others. Astra is able to scan photos onto her computer, so will only need to borrow them for long enough to do this. If you can help please contact Astra or Suzanne. |
On Friday evening 20th April a Jewellery and Handbag party, arranged by Hazel Davies, was held and raised £140 for the restoration fund. It was a great success.
On Saturday 19th May, the choir coffee morning raised £145. Thanks to all who attended
